1. What is it with taxi-drivers and directions. "Ms, which way you want to go?" What's with this SOP? I wouldn't be taking the cab if I knew.
2. Taxi-drivers who remain silent from when you step in till when you reach your destination... "uncle, ion orchard." ........................................... no acknowledging that he's heard, just ...............................................
